Odou is the most mountainous settlement within the province of Larnaca. It is located in the city’s northwest and borders the Nicosia and Limassol provinces. There are two different origin stories for the name Odou: The first version is derived from the ancient Byzantine word “odos”

Viewpoints
The two most recent construction points of view are the hexagon-shaped, Instagrammable wooden benches that adorn the entrance and exit of the community. Participatory designed by architecture students as part of a June 2022 summer workshop programme.
Churches & Chapels
The community is adorned by two churches: the main church, dedicated to Agia Marina and her 17th-century icon, and the sanctuary in the Pefkoto region, dedicated to the Prophet Elias and constructed in 2006.
